14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. The exact window may vary by product category — check your order details to see how many days remain.
Eligible Return Reasons
Seller covers return shipping
- ✓Defective or Damaged — Item arrived broken, faulty, or not working.
- ✓Wrong Item Sent — You received a different item than what you ordered.
- ✓Not as Described — The item differs significantly from the listing.
Buyer covers return shipping
- ✓Changed Mind — You no longer want the item.
- ✓Wrong Size or Fit — The item doesn't fit as expected.
- ✓Other — Any other reason not listed above.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing takes 3–5 business days after your return is inspected.
- Product costs and transaction fees are refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Some returns require photo evidence of the issue before they can be approved.
How to Start a Return
Go to your order history, select the order, and click "Request Return". You'll be guided through selecting items and choosing a return reason.
