We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work on Nazah.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. The exact window may vary by product category — check your order details to see how many days remain.

Eligible Return Reasons

Seller covers return shipping

  • Defective or DamagedItem arrived broken, faulty, or not working.
  • Wrong Item SentYou received a different item than what you ordered.
  • Not as DescribedThe item differs significantly from the listing.

Buyer covers return shipping

  • Changed MindYou no longer want the item.
  • Wrong Size or FitThe item doesn't fit as expected.
  • OtherAny other reason not listed above.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing takes 3–5 business days after your return is inspected.
  • Product costs and transaction fees are refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Some returns require photo evidence of the issue before they can be approved.

How to Start a Return

Go to your order history, select the order, and click "Request Return". You'll be guided through selecting items and choosing a return reason.
